It all started when...

I began my journey as a photographer nineteen years ago when I took an introduction to photography class in college as an elective. I loved the excitement that came from going outside, looking for the perfect photograph, and then watching my film develop in the darkroom. I graduated a year later but I always kept that class and what I learned in the back of my mind.  

I got married in 2008 and moved to Monterey, California. It was there that I decided to pursue a career in photography. I graduated from Monterey Peninsula College with a certificate in Photography in 2009. During my time in Monterey I began to realize that my passion was portrait photography. I love working with families, newborns, children, high school seniors, expectant mothers and their partners, couples, and individuals who are looking for that special portrait.  I also offer professional real estate photography.

I am now living in Arnold, Maryland with my wonderful husband, beautiful daughter, and adorable son. When I'm not indoors photographing real estate I am outside shooting natural light portraits. I love the outdoors and believe that the natural light it provides gives a beautiful, glowing quality to the portraits.  I look forward to capturing your memories with the ones you love the most.
