3462 Monarch Drive, Edgewater Real Estate Photography Session

I recently photographed a gorgeous million dollar home in Edgewater! The neighborhood of South River Colony is tree lined, quiet, and has so many fabulous amenities. The house itself has been well taken care of and looks brand new. My favorite part of the house is the master bedroom. It is so spacious and filled with natural light. Plus there is a great little reading nook/office at one end of the master bedroom. I also love the the huge chef’s kitchen. It boasts a double oven, cherry cabinets, and a walk in pantry. The backyard is just as gorgeous as the inside of the house. It has a large pool, a patio, and lots of grass for the kids to play on.
