2587 Conway Road Odenton, MD Real Estate Photo Session

Last year I photographed a unique property in Odenton. The two houses on the property are on 2.7 acres of land. There is a farmhouse that was built in 1900 and a recently updated cottage. The farmhouse was rented out so the cottage was the big selling point. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is 900 square feet. I love the tiny house feel of the cottage. It was cozy but didn’t feel cramped. There is plenty of room to stretch out. My favorite part of the cottage is the upstairs loft. It is perfect as a second bedroom or a spacious office. I also really loved the wood beamed ceiling in the living room. It made the space feel cozy and rustic. Another bonus of the property is that it backs up against the Patuxent Wildlife area. The property sold for $260,000.
