6717 Hastings Dr. Capitol Heights, MD Real Estate Photo Session

Recently I photographed a split level home in Capitol Heights. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is just over 1,600 square feet. The whole house is completely renovated. There are new hardwood floors, beautiful new kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. My favorite part of the house is the kitchen. I love that the countertops are made of butcher blocks and the island has a granite counter top. It gives the kitchen a modern look. I also really love the backyard. There is a new wooden deck and tons of space for the kids to run around in. The house sold shortly after it was listed. Check out some of the photos from my session below.
