Back in June, I photographed a lovely single story, waterfront home in Edgewater. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is just over 1,500 square feet. This is such a charming house and perfect for a small family or empty nesters who have always dreamed of having river views. There are so many wonderful features of this house. My favorite features are the dock, backyard and deck, and the living room with extraordinary views of the water. The dock and pier has a 6’ depth and has a boat lift that can lift up to 8,000 lbs. The deck is large, perfect for entertaining and includes lovely water views. The deck leads down to the backyard where there is plenty of room for the kids to play in or for someone with a green thumb to expand the garden. The living room is open, spacious, and has gorgeous sliding doors that give an expansive view of the waterway that leads to the South River. Check out some of the photos from my session below.
