2200 Montauk Dr. Crofton, MD Real Estate Session

At the beginning of April I photographed a townhouse in Crofton. The house is located in Crofton Village. Crofton Village has tons of great amenities, such as a two pools, a playground, and a tennis court. It is larger than it looks from the outside. There is over 2100 square feet of living space between three levels! The living room is the perfect size for a small family. Plus it has a gorgeous bay window! My favorite part of the house is the master bedroom. It is huge and includes a large bathroom and walk-in closets. For those who love to be close to shopping, the townhouse is a few minutes from the Waugh Chapel Shopping Center and a short drive to the MARC station.
