Photography Classes at Fort Meade Arts and Crafts

I am so excited to announce that I will be teaching photography at the Fort Meade Arts and Crafts Center! I will offer a Beginner Photography class, an Intermediate Photography class, and a photo walk at Quiet Waters Park. In the Beginner Photography class I will go over everything from turning on your camera to viewing your photos. I will also focus on the Creative Automatic Modes and teach you how to figure out which mode to use for various types of photography. In the Intermediate Class I will teach you how to use your camera in manual mode. You will learn about aperture, shutter speed, the exposure graph, focal points, ISO, aperture priority mode, and shutter priority mode. The photo walk will focus on portrait photography and natural lighting. For the beginner and intermediate classes you will need to have a valid DOD ID in order to take the class since the class will take place on Fort Meade. All are welcome to the photo walk. To sign up for these classes you can either go to the Fort Meade Arts and Crafts Center and sign up in person or you can call and sign up over the phone. There will be more class offerings in the future so be sure and follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay updated: https://www.facebook.com/annewhittyphotography/, https://www.instagram.com/annewhittyphotography/, and https://twitter.com/AnneWhittyPhoto.
