2606 Chapel Lake Dr., Gambrills Real Estate Photo Session

Back in January, I photographed a cute condo in Gambrills. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is just over 1,300 square feet. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are an open floor plan. Plus there is a large reading nook off the dining room. The master bedroom is quite large for the size of the condo and has a big walk-in closet. There is also a small balcony that is perfect for early morning coffee. My favorite part of the condo is that it is within walking distance of the Waugh Chapel shopping center. Everything you need is right there. Wegmans, Target, Starbucks, and lots of great restaurants are a short walk away. The condo sold within a month of listing it.
