3424 Marble Arch Dr., Pasadena Real Estate Photography Session

Back in February I photographed a lovely two story single family home in Pasadena. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is 1,800 square feet. The house is well maintained and has an updated kitchen. The master suite is on the main level and is bright and spacious. This house also has a huge backyard that is perfect for a family with young kids. My favorite part of the house is the living room. It has a 16 foot ceiling which really makes the living room feel open and full of light. Another great feature of the house is the basement. There is plenty of room to spread out, plus it has a bathroom and a space for an office. The house was sold in less than two months. Check out some of the photos from my session below.
